Certified Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) member - specialized training in working with people in crisis, with disabilities, or other special needs in order to get them the help and services needed, thus reducing or preventing the involvement of the criminal justice system

NOVA certified (National Organization of Victim’s Assistance) - organization dedicated to helping victims and their communities work through a crisis by involving necessary resources and facilitating group/peer discussions
