Rates
At Groff & Associates, our standard rate is $100 per 50 minute session.  With that said, we do offer our clients a sliding fee scale based on gross household income.  Clients wishing to take advange of this discount may be asked for proof of income during the first session in order to set an appropriate session fee.

All appointments are typically 50- minutes in duration, however, we do offer 30 - minute, 80 - minutes and 110 - minute session times as well.

Our sessions are by appointment only.  The time for your appointment is reserved exculsively for you and can not be given to someone else, so please see below about our cancelation policy. 

Pre-marriage counseling --  six sessions for $450.00, that is $75 per session.  Pre-pay and save even more...pay only $400 for six sessions!!  
    Pre-marriage counseling consists of an intake session, on-line FOCCUS inventory (to be done at home), 3-4 sessions discussing inventory results and how it applies to the marriage and the couple, and 1-2 follow-up sessions after the wedding.    On-line inventory will be available after the intake session and will require a $15.00 online fee to process. 


Insurance

I am currently a network provider for Multiplan/ PHCS networks.  If you are covered by any of the Mulitplan/PHCS networks, please see your benefit plan for coverage and co-pay information.  You may also click on the hyperlink and go directly to their website. 

For other insurance networks, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan for OUT OF NETWORK PROVIDER. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

We do not accept Medicaid and Medicare

Payment
Clients may pay by check, or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover).  Cash may be accepted if exact payment is rendered. 

Cancellation Policy
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled therapy appointment, and have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, will be billed a $30.00 missed appointment fee.
