Rates
At Groff & Associates, our standard rate is $95 per 50 minute session.  With that said, we do offer our clients a sliding fee scale based on gross household income.  Clients wishing to take advange of this discount may be asked for proof of income during the first session in order to set an appropriate session fee.

Insurance

At this time, I am not associated with any insurance network.  However: services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan for OUT OF NETWORK PROVIDER. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment
Clients may pay by check, or credit card.  Cash may be accepted if exact payment is rendered. 

Cancellation Policy
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled therapy appointment, and have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, will be billed a $30.00 missed appointment fee.
